Purification advantages


CapSeq achieves separation and purification by specific purification column, using synthetic primer 5'-end DMT group specifically adsorbed on MOP resin, while short-stranded DNA without DMT is not adsorbed. The innovation makes the purity of long-stranded DNA of 120nt > 90%.
